Cancellation/Refund Policy |
| All monies (less the $895 deposit) will be promptly refunded for cancellations received 45 or more days prior to departure. Cancellations received 44 to 22 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 45% of the program cost (less the $895 deposit). If a cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure there will be no refund. No refund will be made for unused services during the program. All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing, and the date the notification is postmarked will be the cancellation date. |
